Anne Saj - Parish Administrative Assistant
Our Parish Administrator was born in Dordrecht, Holland, and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1951. She came to live in Amsterdam, NY in 1971.
In the past she has worked in a number of capacities, finally retiring from her position as a clerk for the State of NY after the death of her husband
Mike, in order to take care of her daughter Gabby. Her hobbies include knitting and crocheting. She became the parish administrative assistant in 2018
and has quickly learned (and continues to learn) all the ins and outs of her job, including sharpening her computer skills. She is a great asset to the
church and especially to Pastor Hodgetts.
Peter Young - Church Custodian
Our church custodian was born and raised in Central Bridge (Schoharie County). He graduated High School in Schoharie and studied auto mechanics for 2
years at Hudson Valley Community College. He served his country for two years of active duty in the U.S. Navy Reserve. In the past he has worked as a
truck driver and doing auto-parts sales. He retired in 2009. His hobbies include restoring older model cars and driving them. He has been a wonderful
asset to our church. Not only is he constantly finding new things to fix, paint, or repair, but he is always ready to lend a hand when needed.
